PinzOK Omega is a machine which permits to separate the leaves from the olives very easy and very effective. Obn a olive case of 22K there are on the average 3 kilos of leaves which are the 13,5% of the wight. The time saved to separete the leaves by hand can be profitably used for the harvest. The quick and sistematic separation of the leaves from the olives, can be done in an illuminated enviroment at the end of the day, knowing that a typical day during the harvest is short.
